Havelock Truck Repair Ltd. launched in 2021 with one truck, one Red Seal-certified mechanic, and over 30 years of experience already under the hood. The owner had spent decades working on Class 7–8 trucks and trailers before deciding to build something of his own out of Havelock, New Brunswick. There was no storefront, no big marketing campaign. Just a phone that rang because drivers and fleet managers already knew the work was solid.
Every job since then has been performed on-site at the customer's location. That was a deliberate choice. When your truck is down on the Trans-Canada outside Salisbury or sitting in a yard in Moncton, you don't need to arrange a tow to some shop across town. You need someone who shows up, diagnoses the problem fast, and gets it fixed right there. That's exactly how this business was built, one roadside repair at a time, through repeat customers and honest recommendations.
Today the team carries a combined 20+ years of licensed experience and serves Southern Brunskwick, a roughly 150 km radius from Havelock, covering Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, Sussex, Amherst, Salisbury, and Port Elgin. The trucks got bigger, and the call volume grew, but the approach stayed the same: show up, fix it right, and get you back on the road.
